Merseyside ACME

Last night saw Merseyside ACME celebrate their 10th birthday with a great event at Room on Old Hall Street. ACME exists to support and nurture the creative industries on Merseyside and has helped me many times over the year including supporting the Eighthundred project last year. For the birthday, I was commissioned to produce 10 portraits to be displayed on the night and in a brochure. This one is of Nina and Claire from Nook & Willow.

Bright Young Things

The new Liverpool.com magazine, as well as having the jump shoot in it, had a feature about the city's 'bright young things'. Whilst some are stretching the use of the wrd 'young', they're defo all bright enough. One was Impact's Kate Smith who I'm including here as they never used this photo in the piece. And I wanted to point out that I did the pics as there wasn't a credit on the article! Others include the singer Alice Klar, design agency Black & Ginger, furniture designer Anna Lockwood and photographer Helen Palmer.
