The Hub festival was on down at Otterspool this weekend and, as per usual, was an amazing event which we checked out once the summer fete was over. After a week at Carling, a supersized Friday night and a morning of carrying tables around a school and getting to grips with the tombola stall, I didn't really have the energy to take many photographs at the event. I just wish the weather was as good on the 2nd day to encourage me to make the effort and get back there but it wasn't so I watched Gonks Go Beat and American Graffiti on dvd. And then at night we went to this great restaurant on Porter Street off the dock road. It's down a dirty back street, with nothing else around, but inside it's the most amazing restaurant over 2 floors. It was Sunday and Sunday means set menu (3 courses for 14.95) and I had Scallops and then Chorizo stuffed Chicken. Looking forward to going back to check out the proper menu. And it's called Elude.
