I like the templates and simplicity better and I hope you do too. At some point this archive will disappear which is sort of a shame but then who wants yesterday's papers anyway?  To quote Jagger & Richards!

One of the biggest mistakes I've lived through is the chargeback / cost recovery debacle. It costs money in terms of staff and time, and mostly it just puts you in an adversarial position with your internal customers.
