I meant to do this at the end of the year but never managed it. A few random favourites and highlights from 2007.

First up is a photo of Ladytron's Helen Marnie in Budapest, the night after a gig in the city. It was winter and freezing and everyone had been up until about 5am drinking something that goes by the name of Unicum in an underground railway station that played bad 70's disco to anyone stupid enough to still want to stay out. Like us. Hence the sunglasses.

Second image down is of Justice playing Creamfields. They were supposed to be playing live but the sound kept cutting out so they ended up djing. Incredible and thanks to Mr.Huw Huxley for the recommendation.

I'd just finished a 2 day shoot for Met Quarter when a mate called Jen called me and said she was with The View and did I want to come up and photograph them but I'd have to hurry up as they were falling asleep. I raced up there and took about a dozen photos and the 2nd one was the best. Nice lads and a great album.

The orange T was shot just off Oranienberger Strasse in Berlin's Mitte district. Berlin can be very random and I don't know why the 'T' was there but I liked it.

Next up is a photograph of Finn, Paul and Ellie and was taken on Crosby Beach for the Eighthundred project which was a major highlight of last year. The rest of the project can be seen here.

I saw the Arctic Monkeys at Lancashire Cricket ground this summer which was a highlight but this is from their Carling Academy show, in Liverpool, back in April.

And last up is a nice sunset taken from the roof of Martin's Bank Building on Water Street!
